Collegium provides financial modelling services for our clients either for business planning, forecasting, the assessment of investments/divestments or strategic scenario’s.

Differentiating us from the strategy consulting markets we are cost efficient, work aligned with the client teams, and have a deep understanding of valuation– and modelling techniques and the implications of strategic decision making.

To support board room decision making we will build financial models in a joint effort with our clients, which will enable our clients and their stakeholders to test strategic assumptions and make the right choices.

Our financial models can be used for amongst others for developing corporate strategy, updating business planning, launching performance improvement, the assessment of investments or for (re) financing purposes.
